In Friday's league outing, the Central Chargers (Macon, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Jordan Red Jackets (Columbus, GA), by a count of 79-52.
The Chargers (8-14) will now prepare for their outing against Spencer (Columbus, GA). The Greenwave go into the AA Region 2 outing with a 19-3 record. In their last outing, Spencer smashed Southwest (Macon, GA), 67-60, in a league outing.
The Red Jackets now hold a 2-20 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast for a AA Region 2 outing on Tuesday, February 6. Jordan will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 59-55 league loss to Spencer (Columbus, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 5-18.
