The La Pryor Bulldogs (La Pryor, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX), 35-33 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (1-19) will now prepare for their test against Stacey (San Antonio, TX). The Eagles go into the 2A Region IV District 30 test with a 17-8 record. In their last test, Stacey got by Sabinal (Sabinal, TX), 59-57, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 5-25 record. They play next when they host Brackett for a 2A Region IV District 30 test on Tuesday, February 6. Charlotte will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 65-51 league win over Falls City (Falls City, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 16-11.
