In Friday's league outing, the Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) basketball squad beat the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA), by a margin of 48-35.

The Warriors (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Bulldogs go into the Jefferson outing with a 4-15 record. In their last outing, Goochland was beaten by Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA), 78-64, in a league outing.

The Black Knights now own a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fluvanna County for a Jefferson outing on Tuesday, February 6. Charlottesville will clash with a Flying Flucos squad coming off a 78-64 league win over Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Flying Flucos record now stands at 10-10.
