The Christian Life Preparatory Knights basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Nazarene Christian Academy Lions to 66 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a TAPPS 2A District 2 contest on Tuesday, February 6.

The Lions (19-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bethesda Christian (Fort Worth, TX). The Lions enter the TAPPS 2A District 2 contest with a 26-8 record. In their last contest, Bethesda Christian was nudged by Ovilla Christian (Red Oak, TX), 48-42, in a league contest.
