In Friday's league match, the visiting West Bladen Knights basketball team scored a decisive 69-31 triumph over the Clinton Dark Horses.
In their next game, the Knights meet the Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) in a 2A Southeastern match, on Tuesday, February 6. West Bladen will attempt to better on its 17-1 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 11-6 record after their 67-26 league loss to Fairmont (Fairmont, NC).
With the defeat, Clinton moves to 8-9 on the year. The Dark horses host Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, February 5. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 8-9. Wallace-Rose Hill won 65-55 in their recent league match against North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC)
