The Spring Valley Cardinals (Spring Valley, WI) basketball felled the visiting Colfax Vikings (Colfax, WI), 61-43 in Friday's league test.

The Cardinals (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Turtle Lake (Turtle Lake, WI). The Lakers go into the non-league test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Turtle Lake thwarted Frederic (Frederic, WI), 55-41, in a league test.

The Vikings now own a 7-12 record. They play next when they travel to Elk Mound for a Dunn-St. Croix test on Thursday, February 8.
