St. Mary's-Colgan Panthers (Pittsburg, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Columbus Titans (Columbus, KS), 58-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Mary's-Colgan upgrades its record to 14-2 on the season. The Panthers host Riverton (Riverton, KS) to clash with the Rams in a Crawford-Neosho-Cherokee bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Riverton won 57-54 in their recent non-league bout against Frontenac (Frontenac, KS)

Next up, the Titans clash with the Field Kindley Golden Tornado (Coffeyville, KS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Golden Tornado go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 74-67 non-league loss to Pittsburg (Pittsburg, KS).
