Michigan High School Basketball - Cranbrook Kingswood knocked off by Lutheran North

The Lutheran North Mustangs basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes to 53 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loyola for a Catholic AA contest on Tuesday, February 6. Lutheran North will battle a Bull Dogs team coming off a 68-41 league win over Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI). The Bull Dogs record now stands at 7-10.

The Cranes (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Richard (Riverview, MI). The Pioneers enter the Catholic Intersectional I contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Richard ran past Loyola (Detroit, MI), 55-50, in a league contest.
