Texas High School Basketball - Ranger ripped by De Leon

The De Leon Bearcats basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Ranger Bulldogs to 14 in the Bearcats league triumph on Friday.
The Bearcats now sport a 13-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poolville for a 2A Region II District 11 contest on Friday, February 9. De Leon will meet a Monarchs team coming off a 84-9 league win over Ranger (Ranger, TX). The Monarchs record now stands at 26-5.
The Bulldogs (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Poolville (Poolville, TX). The Monarchs enter the 2A Region II District 11 contest with a 25-5 record. In their last contest, Poolville triumphed over Tolar (Tolar, TX), 30-28, in a league contest.
