The De Queen Leopards basketball team (De Queen, AR), was overwhelmed 69-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Hope Bobcats (Hope, AR)

The Bobcats now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arkadelphia for a 4A Region 7 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Hope will battle a Badgers team coming off a 60-56 league loss to Camden Fairview (Camden, AR). The Badgers record now stands at 14-5.

The Leopards (5-15) will now prepare for their battle against Nashville (Nashville, AR). The Scrappers come into the 4A Region 7 battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Nashville trounced Malvern (Malvern, AR), 74-53, in a league battle.
