The Deer Isle-Stonington Mariners basketball team (Deer Isle, ME), was overwhelmed 69-30 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME)
The Knights now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jonesport-Beals for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Mariners (1-16) will now prepare for their contest against Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Patriots enter the D North contest with a 13-3 record.
