In Friday's league outing, the Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) basketball squad beat the visiting Earle Bulldogs (Earle, AR), by a count of 84-70.

The Rebels (25-7) will now prepare for their outing against Hillcrest (Strawberry, AR). The Screamin Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 7-24 record. In their last outing, Hillcrest was topped by Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR), 58-24, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now hold a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Buffalo Island Central for a 2A Region 3 outing on Saturday, February 3. Earle will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 57-24 league win over Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR). The Mustangs record now stands at 20-10.
