With the victory, Heide Trask improves its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Titans host South Columbus (Tabor City, NC) to play the Stallions in a 1A/2A Waccamaw challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Stallions come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. South Columbus won 64-46 in their recent league challenge against East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC)

Next up, the Panthers play the North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC) in a 2A East Central challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. East Duplin will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 65-55 league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).
