New York High School Basketball - East routs McQuaid Jesuit

In Friday's league outing, the East Eagles (Rochester, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host McQuaid Jesuit Knights (Rochester, NY), by a margin of 68-46.
The Eagles (14-1) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin (Rochester, NY). The Bulldogs go into the Section 5 Rochester City - Upper outing with a 10-7 record. In their last outing, Franklin was trounced by Niagara Falls (Niagara Falls, NY), 71-61, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to University Prep for a Section 5 Private Parochial outing on Monday, February 5. McQuaid Jesuit will clash with a Griffins squad coming off a 55-50 league win over Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY). The Griffins record now stands at 8-7.
