Maryland High School Basketball - Einstein can't hold off Northwood

The Northwood Gladiators basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Einstein Titans to 47 in the Gladiators league triumph on Friday.
The Gladiators now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheaton for a Montgomery 4A South contest on Monday, February 5. Northwood will battle a Knights team coming off a 82-53 league loss to Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD). The Knights record now stands at 1-13.
The Titans (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Gaithersburg was nudged by Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD), 41-38, in a league contest.
