Georgia High School Basketball - Murray County tipped by Fannin County

The Fannin County Rebels basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Murray County Indians to 51 in the Rebels league triumph on Friday.
The Rebels now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Haralson County for a AA Region 7 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Fannin County will meet a Rebels team coming off a 63-50 non-league loss to Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 5-18.
The Indians (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against North Murray (Chatsworth, GA). The Mountaineers enter the AA Region 7 contest with a 16-5 record. In their last contest, North Murray was nudged by Rockmart (Rockmart, GA), 79-75, in a league contest.
