The Fellowship Academy Mustangs (Kennedale, TX) basketball nipped the host San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots (Amarillo, TX), 62-55 in Friday's league test.
The Mustangs (5-21) will now prepare for their test against Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Eagles go into the TAPPS 3A District 1 test with a 22-6 record. In their last test, Lubbock Christian got by Covenant Classical (Fort Worth, TX), 68-25, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 2-23 record. They play next when they host Covenant Classical for a TAPPS 3A District 1 test on Saturday, February 3. San Jacinto Christian Academy will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 68-25 league loss to Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-11.
