The Dragons now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 6. Pittsburg will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-52 non-league loss to Labette County (Altamont, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-11.

The Golden Tornado (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Columbus (Columbus, KS). The Titans come into the non-league battle with a 4-9 record. In their last battle, Columbus was nudged by St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS), 58-29, in a non-league battle.
