With the victory, Floresville upgrades its record to 22-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Devine (Devine, TX) to play the Warhorses in a 4A Region IV District 29 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Warhorses come into the bout with a record of 12-15. Devine won 60-50 in their recent league bout against Pearsall (Pearsall, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) (Uvalde, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 29 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Pleasanton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-20 season record. The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) come into the bout with a 9-18 record after their 57-39 league loss to Carrizo Springs (Carrizo Springs, TX).
