Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Velva Aggies (Velva, ND) and the host Glenburn Panther (Glenburn, ND), saw Velva's basketball squad wallop Glenburn by a count of 81-35.

With the victory, Velva upgrades its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Aggies travel to Nedrose (Minot, ND) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 3-13.

Next up, the Panther play the Harvey Hornets (Harvey, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 5. Glenburn will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record.
