Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC) and the visiting Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC), saw Wando's basketball squad overcome Goose Creek by a tally of 64-55.
With the victory, Wando improves its record to 16-10 on the campaign.
Next up, the Gators confront the Stratford Knights (Goose Creek, SC) in a AAAAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Goose Creek will attempt to improve on its 11-11 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 7-18 record after their 60-37 league loss to Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC).
