Georgia High School Basketball - Jackson overwhelmed by Griffin

The Jackson Red Devils basketball team (Jackson, GA), was routed 85-41 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA)

The Bears now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spalding for a AAAA Region 2 battle on Saturday, February 3. Griffin will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 80-25 non-league win over Carver (Atlanta, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 15-9.

The Red Devils (6-17) will now prepare for their battle against Peach County (Fort Valley, GA). The Trojans come into the AAA Region 2 battle with a 10-12 record. In their last battle, Peach County trounced Crisp County (Cordele, GA), 58-54, in a non-league battle.
