In Friday's league outing, the Hillhouse Academics (New Haven, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT), by a count of 92-55.

The Academics (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA). The Highlanders go into the non-league outing with a 7-6 record. In their last outing, Doherty Memorial smashed St. Paul (Worcester, MA), 79-61, in a non-league outing.

The Grizzlies now hold a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Law for a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset outing on Tuesday, February 6.
