Shiloh Christian Saints (Springdale, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Huntsville Eagles (Huntsville, AR), 57-50 in a league bout.

With the victory, Shiloh Christian upgrades its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Saints host Farmington (Farmington, AR) to play the Cardinals in a 4A Region 1 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 26-2. Farmington won 89-37 in their recent league bout against Gentry (Gentry, AR)

Next up, the Eagles play the Pea Ridge Blackhawks (Pea Ridge, AR) in a 4A Region 1 test, on Tuesday, February 6. Huntsville will attempt to advance on its 15-12 season record. The Blackhawks go into the test with a 22-4 record after their 60-44 league win over Berryville (Berryville, AR).
