The Ingleside Mustangs basketball team (Ingleside, TX), was overwhelmed 69-47 in Friday's league battle with the host Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX)
The Pirates now possess a 17-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orange Grove for a 4A Region IV District 30 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Sinton will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-31 league loss to Ingleside (Ingleside, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-18.
The Mustangs (14-10) will now prepare for their battle against Rockport-Fulton (Rockport, TX). The Pirates come into the 4A Region IV District 30 battle with a 19-12 record. In their last battle, Rockport-Fulton trounced Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX), 70-43, in a league battle.
