Ohio High School Basketball - Rock Hill falls to Ironton

February 2, 2024: Ironton, OH 45638

In Friday's league match, the host Ironton Fighting Tigers basketball team scored a good 67-48 triumph over the Rock Hill Redmen.

In their next game, the Fighting Tigers meet the Wheelersburg Pirates (Wheelersburg, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 3. Ironton will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 13-4 record after their 60-42 league win over Waverly (Waverly, OH).

With the defeat, Rock Hill moves to 5-14 on the year. The Redmen host Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH) to face the Hornets in a Ohio Valley game on Tuesday, February 6. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 3-15. Dawson-Bryant lost 58-52 in their recent league game against Gallia Academy (Gallipolis, OH)
