With the victory, Lavaca improves its record to 17-9 on the campaign. The Golden Arrows host Hector (Hector, AR) to play the Wildcats in a 2A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 11-12. Hector lost 53-52 in their recent league challenge against Mansfield (Mansfield, AR)

Next up, the Rebels play the Oark Hornets (Oark, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Westside will attempt to improve on its 10-18 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-13 record after their 47-42 non-league win over Deer (Deer, AR).
