The Bulldogs (14-16) will now prepare for their outing against Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX). The Mustangs go into the 5A Region III District 21 outing with a 4-22 record. In their last outing, Magnolia West was tipped by Brenham (Brenham, TX), 67-41, in a league outing.

The Bears now hold a 13-18 record. They play next when they host A&M Consolidated for a 5A Region III District 21 outing on Tuesday, February 6. Montgomery will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 72-64 league loss to Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 16-12.
