In Friday's league outing, the McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY) basketball squad nipped the visiting Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY), by a margin of 63-56.

The Mustangs (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Todd County Central (Elkton, KY). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 9-11 record. In their last outing, Todd County Central got by Logan County (Russellville, KY), 62-56, in a league outing.

The Blue Tornado now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Marshall County for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 3. Paducah Tilghman will clash with a Marshals squad coming off a 72-47 non-league win over Union County (Morganfield, KY). The Marshals record now stands at 16-4.
