With the victory, Wheeler upgrades its record to 19-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Quanah (Quanah, TX) to play the Indians in a 2A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 17-12. Quanah lost 48-33 in their recent league challenge against Wellington (Wellington, TX)

Next up, the Cyclones play the Shamrock Irish (Shamrock, TX) in a 2A Region I District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Memphis will attempt to upgrade on its 8-15 season record. The Irish come into the challenge with a 5-18 record after their 67-21 league loss to Clarendon (Clarendon, TX).
