In their next game, the Cubs face the Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA) in a Heart of Iowa - Large game, on Tuesday, February 6. Nevada will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 9-10 record after their 55-49 league loss to South Hamilton (Jewell, IA).

With the defeat, Roland-Story moves to 15-3 on the year. The Norsemen travel to Van Meter (Van Meter, IA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, February 5. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 11-8. Van Meter lost 53-52 in their recent non-league test against Pella Christian (Pella, IA)
