Ohio High School Basketball - North Olmsted ripped by Rocky River

The Rocky River Pirates basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting North Olmsted Eagles to 20 in the Pirates league triumph on Friday.

The Pirates now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Forge for a Great Lakes contest on Monday, February 5. Rocky River will meet a Patriots team coming off a 65-36 league loss to Lakewood (Lakewood, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 2-14.

The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Buckeye (Medina, OH). The Bucks enter the Great Lakes contest with a 3-12 record. In their last contest, Buckeye triumphed over Normandy (Parma, OH), 47-34, in a league contest.
