The Post Antelopes basketball team (Post, TX), was overwhelmed 104-41 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Plains Cowboys (Plains, TX)
The Cowboys now possess a 26-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Home for a 2A Region I District 5 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Plains will confront a Leopards team coming off a 64-34 league win over Tahoka (Tahoka, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 14-5.
The Antelopes (1-14) will now prepare for their battle against Ropes (Ropesville, TX). The Eagles come into the 2A Region I District 5 battle with a 21-7 record. In their last battle, Ropes was overwhelmed by Plains (Plains, TX), 75-60, in a league battle.
