Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Stroudsburg knocked off by Pleasant Valley

The Pleasant Valley Bears basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Stroudsburg Mountaineers to 46 in the Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Stroudsburg South for a Eastern Pennsylvania - Mountain contest on Monday, February 5.
The Mountaineers (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Pocono Mountain West (Pocono Summit, PA). The Panthers enter the Eastern Pennsylvania - Mountain contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Pocono Mountain West ran past Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA), 74-52, in a non-league contest.
