The Richland Royals basketball team (North Richland Hills, TX), dropped 56-38 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX)
The Raiders now possess a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colleyville Heritage for a 5A Region I District 7 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Ryan will battle a Panthers team coming off a 70-52 league win over Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 24-5.
The Royals (4-22) will now prepare for their battle against Grapevine (Grapevine, TX). The Mustangs come into the 5A Region I District 7 battle with a 11-19 record. In their last battle, Grapevine beat Argyle (Argyle, TX), 70-63, in a league battle.
