The Schroon Lake Wildcats basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Willsboro Central Warriors to 20 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loudonville Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Schroon Lake will meet a Eagles team coming off a 54-47 league loss to Hawthorne Valley (Ghent, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 10-5.

The Warriors (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Boquet Valley (Elizabethtown, NY). The Griffins enter the Section 7 Mountain Valley contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Boquet Valley was routed by Schroon Lake (Schroon Lake, NY), 69-58, in a league contest.
