In Friday's non-league outing, the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad beat the visiting Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), by a count of 59-45.
The Bears (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 7-6 record. In their last outing, Eldorado was topped by West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 62-48, in a non-league outing.
