Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Richland Bombers (Richland, WA), 49-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kamiakin upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Braves travel to Pasco (Pasco, WA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-14. Pasco lost 62-32 in their recent non-league bout against Southridge (Kennewick, WA)

Next up, the Bombers clash with the Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 54-49 non-league win over Kennewick (Kennewick, WA).
