The Afton Eagles basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Wyandotte Bears to 38 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairland for a Lucky Seven contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Bears (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Colcord (Colcord, OK). The Hornets enter the Lucky Seven contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Colcord ran past Ketchum (Ketchum, OK), 45-41, in a league contest.
