Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Berea-Midpark Titans (Berea, OH) and the host Midview Middies (Grafton, OH), saw Berea-Midpark's basketball squad hold off Midview by a count of 41-34.

With the victory, Berea-Midpark upgrades its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Titans host Avon (Avon, OH) to play the Eagles in a Southwestern challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Avon lost 50-26 in their recent league challenge against Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH)

Next up, the Middies play the Elyria Catholic Panthers (Elyria, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 5. Midview will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 75-51 non-league loss to Medina (Medina, OH).
