With the win, Blooming Grove upgrades its record to 15-16 on the season. The Lions travel to Palmer (Palmer, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 3A Region III District 18 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 9-21. Palmer lost 56-19 in their recent league bout against Malakoff (Malakoff, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Mildred Eagles (Corsicana, TX) in a 3A Region III District 18 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Eustace will attempt to upgrade on its 3-22 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 16-15 record after their 61-48 league loss to Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX).
