The Walkersville Lions topped the host Boonsboro Warriors basketball team by a final score of 47-30 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Williamsport Wildcats (Williamsport, MD) in a Central Maryland game, on Tuesday, February 6. Walkersville will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 8-5 record after their 48-27 non-league loss to Catoctin (Thurmont, MD).
