Manhattan Tigers (Manhattan, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Broadwater Bulldogs (Townsend, MT), 53-48 in a league challenge.

With the victory, Manhattan improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Fairfield (Fairfield, MT) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Fairfield lost 49-42 in their recent league challenge against Chinook (Chinook, MT)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Lone Peak Big Horns (Gallatin Gateway, MT) in a B District 5 challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Broadwater will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record.
