The Frederick Douglass Broncos basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Bryan Station Defenders to 37 in the Broncos league triumph on Friday.

The Broncos now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethlehem for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Frederick Douglass will meet a Eagles/Banshees team coming off a 83-55 non-league win over Hart County (Munfordville, KY). The Eagles/Banshees record now stands at 14-7.

The Defenders (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Cardinals enter the District 42 contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Scott County triumphed over Henry Clay (Lexington, KY), 63-62, in a league contest.
