In Friday's league outing, the Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) basketball squad nipped the host Bucksport Golden Bucks (Bucksport, ME), by a margin of 32-28.
The Red Devils (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hermon (Hermon, ME). The Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 4-13 record. In their last outing, Hermon was tipped by Central (East Corinth, ME), 46-43, in a non-league outing.
The Golden Bucks now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Dexter for a C North outing on Saturday, February 3. Bucksport will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 50-19 league win over Piscataquis (Guilford, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 14-1.
