The Carl Albert Titans basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Guthrie Bluejays to 34 in the Titans league victory on Friday.
The Titans now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shawnee for a 5A District 1 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Carl Albert will battle a Wolves team coming off a 51-25 league win over Crossings Christian (Oklahoma City, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 13-7.
The Bluejays (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Owls come into the 5A District 1 contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Elgin dropped by El Reno (El Reno, OK), 57-44, in a league contest.
