North Carolina High School Basketball - Carver routs Cornerstone Charter

February 2, 2024: Winston-Salem, NC 27105

In Friday's league outing, the Carver Yellowjackets (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC), by a margin of 46-23.

The Yellowjackets (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC). The Bobcats go into the 1A Northwest Piedmont outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Piedmont Classical smashed Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC), 71-58, in a non-league outing.

The Cardinals now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to College Prep & Leadership Academy for a 1A Northwest Piedmont outing on Friday, February 9.
