The Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Clinton Cardinals to 41 in the Roosters/Chicks league triumph on Friday.

The Roosters/Chicks now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lone Jack for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Pleasant Hill will battle a Mules team coming off a 46-11 league win over Orrick (Orrick, MO). The Mules record now stands at 16-3.

The Cardinals (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Smith-Cotton was nudged by California (California, MO), 53-43, in a non-league contest.
