North Carolina High School Basketball - Clinton fells West Bladen

Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC), 47-39 in a league bout.
With the win, Clinton upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Dark Horses host Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-13. Wallace-Rose Hill lost 62-45 in their recent league bout against North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC)
Next up, the Knights clash with the Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) in a 2A Southeastern bout, on Tuesday, February 6. West Bladen will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 52-9 league loss to Fairmont (Fairmont, NC).
