With the victory, Sunbright improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Jellico (Jellico, TN) to play the Blue Devils in a 1A District 3 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 6-13. Jellico lost 65-49 in their recent league challenge against Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN)

Next up, the Yellow Jackets play the Oliver Springs Bobcats (Oliver Springs, TN) in a 1A District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Coalfield will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 42-26 non-league win over Rockwood (Rockwood, TN).
